Yoshi's New Island Is Getting A Themed 3DS XL For Launch

Posted on March 03, 2014 by Jeremy Butler

Buckle up, boys! Yoshi's New Island is getting its very own 3DS XL when it releases on March 14th. Replete with all things Yoshi, this 3DS XL will cost you $199.99, while the game alone will be $39.99.

This 3DS is also cheaper than the $219 price tag on the Legend of Zelda: Link Between Worlds themed 3DS XL. I'm not sure whether or not this is a statement about fans of each franchise and the amount of money they're willing to pay, but there you go.

Yoshi's New Island looks great, but don't take my word for it:

Now imagine enjoying that on your very own Yoshi themed 3DS XL. The nerdgasm will be intense, mark my words. You can enjoy both Yoshi's New Island and its very own 3DS on March 14th.
